Introduction: Ultrasound is a specific method of examination in early stages pregnancy, with specificity 97.6%1. It usually determines the location and viability pregnancy gestational age by 5 weeks pregnancy2. In addition to these other conditions like uterine anomalies, adnexal diseases, cervical length can all be diagnosed first trimester.3 First trimester ultrasound predict chorionicity, type twinning multiple gestations, which allows for appropriate counselling management4.Aims Objectives: To emphasize importance routine detecting dating gestation, its detection anomalies. And diagnose an failure gestation.Materials Methods: This prospective observational study conducted at KIMS, Narketpally involving 30 pregnant women within 12 gestation attending antenatal OPD.Results Conclusion: this are intrauterine pregnancies, 2 had failure, them showed sub chorionic collection, 1 bicornuate uterus (Mullerian anomaly), 3 no cardiac activity requiring follow up scan, associated hemorrhagic ovarian cyst fibroid were identified. Hence was helpful detect date identify nonviable Pregnancies, diagnosing incompetence hence has significant role Evaluation pregnancy.
